- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.
International Shipping

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
